Message	while, not immediately after the auction ended. I was selling something and the person who won had no intentions of paying, it was a scam. So I contacted the second to highest bidder and he never responded. I would still wait for eBay's response to be safe. "Soap and a shop broom? Oh man, that's rough. Been there." ~Kenny "Eww.
